About Verifior
Verifior is the managed IT and cybersecurity practice of Frontier Tech Solutions LLC, a New York limited liability company founded in 2021 and based in Brooklyn. We run IT for New York City companies with 10 to 250 people who want one provider, one price and a report that shows the work was done.
Why the name
Most small companies cannot tell whether their IT provider is doing the work. Backups are "running", patches are "handled", security is "covered", and the first time anyone checks is the day it matters. We built the practice around the opposite habit: every month, a two-page report with the numbers, so the client can verify. The name is the promise.
How we work
A principal-led practice. Ozeikeke Ebohon runs it, owns every client relationship and reviews every security incident and major change. The help desk, deployments and 24×7 security operations are staffed by engineers and analysts under contract to Verifior, working from our runbooks on managed devices with access scoped per client. Partner firms handle the annual penetration test, SOC 2 audits and cabling. The practice is small on purpose: large enough to be awake at 2 a.m., small enough to know each client's environment by heart.

275 Hancock St Apt 1B, Brooklyn, NY 11216-2250. Onsite work covers the five boroughs, with Long Island, Westchester and northern New Jersey by arrangement. Most work is remote; the help desk is on Eastern time.

Proof, not promises
Every month a report shows what was patched, what was backed up and restored, what was caught and how fast we answered. "Managed" means you can check.
Your environment, your documentation
Tenants, domains, licenses, passwords and diagrams are in your name from day one. Leaving is a handover, not a hostage negotiation.
Security is the default
Multi-factor authentication, device encryption, endpoint detection and tested backups are on every plan because the insurer and the regulator do not grade on a curve.
A person answers
Tickets reach an engineer. Priority-one calls reach one at 2 a.m. The principal reviews every security incident and every major change.
Small on purpose
A principal-led practice with a bench of engineers and analysts under contract, sized to know each client's environment by heart.

Triage every endpoint and identity alert around the clock, contain under the signed playbook, and escalate to the principal and the client's on-call contact.
Partner firms
Penetration testing, SOC 2 audit, cabling
An independent testing firm for the annual penetration test, a CPA firm for SOC 2 audits, and licensed cabling contractors for build-outs.
