Office networks are specified for the business, installed on a schedule that does not stop the practice, and monitored (Auvik) so we know a switch failed before the front desk does. Office moves and build-outs are quoted fixed price with the landlord's and the cabling contractor's dates in the plan. For line-of-business applications that have outgrown a server in a closet, we host on AWS with backups, monitoring and a monthly bill you can read.

Which firewall brands?
We standardize on two business lines and quote the one that fits the site. Existing equipment is kept when it is supported and patched.
How much notice does an office move need?
Eight weeks is comfortable; ISP installs are the long pole. We have done it in three with a temporary circuit.
Do you build custom software?
No. We host, secure and back up the applications you run, and we work with your software vendor on the rest.
