Plans are per user per month with a ten-user minimum. Projects are fixed price after a scoping call. Hardware and licenses are billed at cost plus 8% and at the publisher's price. The quote adds users, add-ons and tax, and nothing else.

Prices in US dollars, effective 2026-09-07. Twelve-month term billed monthly; annual prepayment takes 8% off and waives onboarding. Secure is $12 per user less when your Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses already include Defender for Business. Schools and 501(c)(3) nonprofits receive 15% off.

Fixed price after a 20-minute scoping call. Larger scopes are quoted from the same unit prices. Every project ends with a written handover and the documentation in your name. Clients on a plan receive 10% off the project list.

Per user. A person with a laptop, a desktop at the office and a phone is one user. The fourth device and beyond are $9 each, which almost nobody reaches.
Hardware and software licenses (billed at cost plus 8% and at the publisher's price), projects on the project list, and work outside the plan at the hourly rates. Everything else listed on a plan is in the price.
Yes, any month. Moving down is at renewal. Most clients who start on Core move to Secure after their first insurance renewal.
Invoice on the first of the month, payable by check or ACH, net 15. Card payments carry a 3% processing fee. Projects are invoiced half at kickoff and half on delivery.
Sixty days' notice at the end of the term. Your documentation, passwords, tenant and backups are yours and are handed over in a documented offboarding, included.
People, devices, servers and sites. The quote names the plan, any projects and the total.
